Twenty-three Archmere parents, alumni, and friends, donated their time to talk with juniors during twenty-two educational sessions and a keynote address on Wednesday, March 26th. It was terrific proof of the power of the Archmere network, as students got to hear from engineers, a computer scientist, a nurse, doctors, a real estate agent, a school counselor, wealth investors, and many more professionals.
Why Health Science? - As part of our Why? career series cycle, we’re offering an evening of Q&A panels on Wednesday, March 12th at 6:30 pm in the SLC. This is an in-person program and will not be repeated for another three years. We’re very excited about the roster of presenters and recommend anyone who is interested in studying any area of health science (pre-med, nursing, OT, PT, PA, AT), learning more about the health science field, or has questions about medical school admissions, attend. Second semester has gotten off to a great start in College Counseling. Over the next three weeks we will engage with every student in the Archmere community with class appropriate conversations about college and topics on the periphery of the college search and application process.
January is a busy month in College Counseling. Seniors have been submitting their final applications and also getting decisions, juniors will start College Seminar Class, and the sophomores will be given access to CIALFO. Below is some information for specific classes.
