Multi-Cultural Alumni Collective

The Archmere Multicultural Alumni Collective aims to support the excellence and growth of current and new BIPOC students in our community. We strive to prepare them for distinction by providing mentorship and support through modeling the necessity of listening, reflecting and (re)learning.

As a member of Archmere’s Multicultural Alumni Collective we believe the lives of all BIPOC and marginalized peoples matter. We stand devoted to the pursuit of cultivating knowledge and the social emotional development of Archmere’s multicultural community on and off-campus.

We remain committed to the ongoing work of promoting inclusion and equity in all facets of life. It is not enough for us to simply state this, we must continually strive to (re)educate ourselves on how to best support our community about the needs of its evolving student body.

This work requires intentional cycles of this process of listening, reflecting, learning, questioning, and acting to bring inclusion and equity.
