Boys Lacrosse Team Defeats Wilmington Charter

On April 25th the Archmere boys lacrosse team defeated Wilmington Charter 17-3, at home on the lower turf. The victory puts the Auks in control of the Diamond State Athletic Conference. Breandan Marley '24 led all scorers with six goals, Drew Duncan '24 and Aidan Mahoney '25 each scored four goals, while Reece Millison '24 added two. Goalie Zidane Brena '26 finished with five saves.
Mike Lang details the beginning of the game, writing, "The Force won the opening faceoff and held on to the ball for more than a minute before the Auks forced a turnover. That would be a recurring theme throughout the day, as the Auks relentlessly pursued any Charter player who ended up with possession. That, along with a patient approach on offense, helped Archmere to the win."

The Auks will take on DMA at home on Tuesday, April 30.
