Seniors Recognized for Appointments to Service Academies, ROTC Scholarship

Each year, members of the House and Senate nominate senior high school students they represent for admission to the U.S. Air Force, Merchant Marine, Military and Naval academies. Applicants who meet strict qualifications are interviewed and recommended by a non-partisan Service Academy Board appointed by the Congressman. Seniors Jack Bell, Cole Fenice, and Noah Marino were recognized for their individual appointments to the United States service academies at Archmere's end of year awards assembly on May 17th. Lucy Oliver was also recognized as the recipient of the Army Reserve Officers Training Corp Scholarship at Purdue University.
