Cross Country Team Competes in Unionville Two Mile Bash

Last weekend our cross country runners successfully opened their season in Kennett Square at the Unionville Two Mile Bash. The 6th annual run was held at Unionville High School and includes races for each grade, with both overall results and results by graduation year. The Archmere girls team finished seventh behind some of the top teams in Pennsylvania. The boys team finished thirteenth. The Archmere girls competed against 36 other schools, and the boys ran against 39 different high schools.
In total, the Archmere team recorded 47 personal bests for the two mile course.

Next up: On September 11, our Auks will travel to compete against Newark Charter in a dual meet at White Clay Creek.
