• Who should I contact for specific questions?

  Please view the Contact Sheet to find the appropriate department or group to direct your questions.

• Where do I find out about books and textbooks?

  Books can be ordered online AFTER students receive their schedules. Detailed information will be included with each student’s schedule. Textbook information will also be available on the My Archmere portal. Please note: for Pennsylvania residents, Archmere offers the PA Book Program and detailed information will be emailed to all Pennsylvania students with their schedules.

• Do I need to purchase school supplies?

  Generally, students need a notebook for each class, as well as pens and pencils. Teachers will provide specific lists of any additional supplies on the first day of school. Please note: All students are required to purchase a TI 84 Plus calculator (TI 84 Plus CE is preferred, but Plus Silver Edition is also acceptable). Calculators are available at Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc. Pennsylvania students may be able to secure a calculator through the PA Book Program.

• How do I purchase school uniforms?

  Uniforms can be purchased at Flynn & O’Hara at www.flynnohara.com. Students are required to wear uniforms for the first day of school. Flynn & O’Hara representatives will be on campus at the May 8th Spring Orientation. Click here to view the flyer.

• How do I see Summer Reading lists?

  The updated summer reading lists will be posted to the Parent and Student Resouces pages in MyArchmere.

• How do I select my world language choice and elective choice?

  Your Elective and World Language Choice Form is due by May 8.

  Schedules will be emailed out to incoming and returning students alike in early August. Our Director of Academics, Mr. Tim Dougherty, does his best to meet each student’s scheduling requests.

• I am planning on playing a fall sport. Where do I get more information?

  Students can learn more about fall sports by visiting www.aukssports.com and select your sport for more information.
  
  All student athletes must have their Magnus Health form and concussion test confirmation for Student Eligibility completed online by August 1.

• What is the Optional Summer Enrichment Program?

  Students concerned about the transition into high school may attend optional two-week enrichment sessions in math, grammar, and/or organizational skills, as well as science and world language skill-building. Space for this FREE program is limited to 40 students, and admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Register for the Summer Enrichment Program online.
