Former Auks' Pitcher Sean Deely '14 Named Co-Player of the Year
Recent grad Sean Deely '14 was named Co-Player of the Year by the Delaware Baseball Coaches Association for his outstanding season for the Auks both on the mound and at the plate.
Deely pitched to an undefeated 6-0 record, sporting a miniscule 0.78 ERA while striking out 50. Offensively, he hit .360 with six homeruns and 17 RBI, helping the Auks reach the Quarterfinals of the State baseball tournament.
Deely will attend the University of Delaware in the fall where he received a baseball scholarship to pitch for the Division I Blue Hens.
